Our BYD After Sales team is looking for a Service Advisor to take the lead in coordinating the full service and customer journey across our Antwerp(Wijnegem) and Brussels(Zaventem) sites. In this role, you will ensure smooth workshop operations, timely service delivery, and a seamless customer experience within a fast growing, multinational environment.

What you'll do

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and online requests, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
  • Manage and coordinate the workshop planning to guarantee efficient scheduling and timely service execution.
  • Create and validate work orders, ensuring all customer and vehicle information is accurate and complete.
  • Perform quality checks on completed work and ensure correct and transparent invoicing.
  • Oversee the replacement vehicle fleet, including documentation, handover, and return inspections.
  • Deliver serviced vehicles to customers, providing clear technical explanations and next step guidance.
  • Process and archive invoices, internal documentation, and payments.
  • Follow up on warranty cases and claims to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records while ensuring compliance with all internal procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with workshop, parts, and engineering teams to support smooth daily operations.
  • This is a hybrid role, with regular presence required at both our Antwerp and Brussels locations.

  • Experience working in a similar technical or service oriented environment.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate workshop schedules, manage priorities, and meet operational deadlines.
  • Skilled in collaborating with internal departments to support smooth daily operations.
  • Effective communication in Dutch and French, with working knowledge of English.
  • Able to analyse issues, identify practical solutions, and follow up until completion.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work and a positive customer experience.
