Our company is rapidly expanding and offers you a challenging work environment is the fast-moving AI landscape. As an employee of our tech startup, you will collaborate with each department to create and deploy disruptive products.

The position of AI Project Engineer is both creative and rigorous by nature. You need to think outside the box all the time. As you are the bridge between the sold project and the working solution, we expect the candidate to be proactive, have a "get it done" spirit and to have solid problem solving skills.

What you’ll do

From pain point to working agent

• Translate pain points into concrete agent architectures: which agent does what, when, and with which systems
• Write and refine the prompts that drive agents — the way you’d brief a new team member
• Co-develop the business case: ROI, time savings, freed-up capacity

Project coordination and delivery

• Own the full implementation journey from kick-off to go-live
• Coordinate technical integrations (MCP connections with ERP, CRM, ticketing systems) with internal and external parties
• Keep clients informed with clear status updates — no technical jargon, just concrete progress
• Spot risks early and course-correct before they become problems

Client relationship and growth

• Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale — the client knows you, trusts you
• Identify expansion opportunities: which process should be automated next?
• Document configurations so knowledge stays embedded within konversaitional

Vereisten

Your profile

Must-haves

• Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in an IT/Economical related field
• You understand how businesses actually work — you’ve seen business processes up close, maybe even suffered through broken ones
• You have an affinity with AI and technology
• You’re results-driven: a project isn’t done until the client is getting real value

Nice-to-haves

• Background as a business analyst, consultant or project manager
• Experience with prompt engineering or configuring AI tools
• Having experience in coding is an asset
