About the Role

Ecosoft 22 BV is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Zele.

You will support the daily warehouse operations and help ensure the accurate and timely receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of goods.

Your Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming goods and check quantities and condition.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Store goods in the correct warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders.
  • Prepare goods for shipment.
  • Perform stock counts and support inventory control.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse.
  • Report damaged goods, stock discrepancies, or operational issues.
  • Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with safety requirements.
  • Operate a forklift and/or reach truck if appropriately certified.

Vereisten

Your Profile

  • At least 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
  • Experience with goods receiving, order picking, packing, and inventory handling.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or WMS systems is an advantage.
  • Forklift and/or reach truck certificate is an advantage.
  • Driving licence B is an advantage.
  • Basic English sufficient for daily operational and safety communication.
  • Knowledge of Dutch or Ukrainian is an advantage.
  • Able to safely perform the manual handling tasks required for warehouse work.
  • Reliable, responsible, and well organised.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work.

    • Full-time employment contract — 38 hours per week.
    • Working Hours: Monday 08:00–17:00; Tuesday–Friday 08:00–16:30, depending on the warehouse schedule.
