Junior Research Associate HRM/Talent Management The Vlerick Strategic Talent Management Centre is looking for a researcher to support our research agenda and help build stronger partnerships with members and partners. The Centre helps organisations stay ahead in the evolving world of talent management. We share cutting-edge HR insights on talent acquisition, development and retention, performance management, and the impact of digital transformation. Your mission Content-driven preparation, coordination and organisation of workshops for our members. Actively follow up on leads with the aim of sparking members’ interest in our centre, using your enthusiasm to attract new members and partners. Conduct applied research projects within the field of HRM/Talent Management. This includes desk research, data collection, analysis and reporting. Network and maintain close and frequent contacts with companies in our centre. Coach and supervise students (as part of our European HRM programme and our Master's programmes).

Vereisten

You Have a passion for applied research and enjoy bridging the gap between science and practice in the field of HRM and Talent Management. Have a commercial attitude and get energised by proactively following up on leads. Possess or are eager to further develop excellent research and writing skills. Hold a Master’s degree and are fluent in Dutch and English. Are a team player who is able to work autonomously in a dynamic and flexible environment. Will be located on our Ghent campus.
