Pearl Therapy Center is expanding its network of English-speaking psychologists and clinical psychologists to support English-speaking clients across Belgium, both at professional office locations and online.

We match each client with the most suitable professional based on their needs, presenting concerns, language, cultural background, personal preferences and the professional’s area of expertise.

Your role: to provide individual, couple and/or family psychological consultations and therapy sessions to clients who match your profile and expertise.

Face-to-face sessions may take place in professional office locations in cities such as Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven, Mechelen, Zaventem, Vilvoorde, Aalst, Hasselt, Genk, Turnhout, Geel, Beringen, Sint-Truiden and other suitable locations in Belgium. Online sessions are also possible where appropriate.

The collaboration model is flexible and session-based. In consultation with Pearl Therapy Center, you can indicate the days, hours and regions in which you wish to see clients.

Basic requirements:

  • Meet the diploma, registration and legal requirements necessary to work as a psychologist in Belgium.
  • For clinical psychologists: meet the required recognition and professional visa requirements.
  • Be able to professionally support English-speaking clients and conduct psychological consultations and therapy sessions in English.
  • Work in accordance with professional ethics, confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Pearl Therapy Center manages client acquisition, advertising, initial contact, appointment scheduling, payments and general administrative processes. This allows you to focus primarily on your clients and your work as a psychologist.

  • Ability to professionally support English-speaking clients and conduct therapy sessions in English.
  • Meet the diploma, registration and legal requirements to work as a psychologist in Belgium.
  • For clinical psychologists: meet the required recognition and professional visa requirements.
  • Respect professional ethics and confidentiality.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and appropriate communication with clients.
  • Work within your own area of expertise and professional competence.
  • Respect scheduled appointments and agreed working hours.
  • Be open to working with clients from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Be able to work within Pearl Therapy’s multidisciplinary model and client–psychologist matching system.
  • Meet the legal requirements to work and carry out a self-employed activity in Belgium.
