To support the continued growth of our three Brazilian subsidiaries, we are seeking an enterprising Regional Manager. 
What does the role involve? 
Location: Paulínia, São Paulo, Brazil 
 Reports to: Global Management Team 
As Regional Manager Brazil, you will act as the link between our Belgian organisation and our branches in Brazil. You will manage the day-to-day operations of one branch, support its further development and foster collaboration between the various companies. 
Your responsibilities: 
<ul> 
<li>You will manage the day-to-day operations and further development of one of our Brazilian branches</li> 
<li>You will optimise processes and coordinate production, quality, logistics and administration.</li> 
<li>You will lead the local team and monitor budgets, KPIs and results.</li> 
<li>You act as the link between the Brazilian branches and the Belgian organisation.</li> 
<li>You foster collaboration and implement group-wide strategies and procedures.</li> 
<li>You oversee strategic projects and support growth and investment initiatives.</li> 
<li>You contribute to the long-term strategy for Brazil.</li> 
<li>You build lasting relationships with customers, partners and government bodies.</li> </ul>

Master

<ul> 
<li>You 
hold a master’s degree or have equivalent experience.</li> 
<li>You have at least five years’ management experience in an international environment.</li> 
<li>Experience in setting up or further developing an organisation is a significant asset.</li> 
<li>You combine strong organisational and communication skills with a hands-on approach and strategic insight.</li> 
<li>You are an inspiring leader who knows how to bring people together and take responsibility</li> 
<li>You work independently and take the initiative</li> 
<li>You communicate fluently in Portuguese and English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.</li> </ul>
