Mission At Banqup, we are looking for a communicative and dynamic student to support our webinars and virtual events. As a Webinar & Event Host, you will play an essential role in creating smooth and engaging online experiences for our audience. This is a temporary and flexible student role that is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital communication and event management. Responsibilities This is what we expect of you: Host and moderate online webinars and events in English & French. Ensure smooth start of sessions, including technical checks and session openings. Initiate and monitor recordings. Manage Q&A via chat and encourage audience engagement. Support low-threshold registration process (via Google Form). Collaborate with the marketing/visuals team for optimal presentation of sessions. Ensure a friendly and professional virtual atmosphere.

Vereisten

We are looking for candidates who have: Studying a Bachelor's or a Master’s degree. Excellent communication skills in English and French. A dynamic, sales driven and friendly attitude. Confidence in front of a (virtual) audience. Ability to manage simple tech tasks (e.g., launching webinars, starting recordings). Flexibility to work during the day and in the evening (50/50). Proactive and reliable mindset. No prior hosting experience needed—just the right energy and willingness to learn!

We offer a market conform package that reflects your skills and experience. This includes a gross salary which is in line with the pay scales for student workers. In addition to your wage, you will also receive meal vouchers and a commuter allowance. Hours: Remote - Flexible hours (daytime & evening, 50/50 split) Banqup Group is gradually transforming into a more regulated company.
