<li>You provide customers with an excellent and premium shopping experience. You provide special and inspiring service beyond customer expectations and maintain a loyal and personal approach.</li> 
<li>You apply mandatory sales standards and use up-to-date technical product knowledge to increase sales.</li> 
<li>You follow guidelines related to store opening and closing, dress code, hygiene, health and safety, money matters, etc.</li> 
<li>You ensure a pleasant and clean store floor with beautifully presented and correctly priced products.</li> 
<li>You assist in managing inventory.</li> 
<li>You are eager to learn and willing to take the necessary training courses.</li> </ul>

We expect a sales advisor to: 
<ul> 
<li>Be flexible and be able to work weekends. </li> 
<li>Be very customer and service oriented. </li> 
<li>Communicate fluently in both Dutch and English. Other languages are a big plus. </li> 
<li>Be a flexible, enthusiastic, and smooth team player. </li> 
<li>Be informed on new market trends, client wishes and the competition. </li> 
<li>Act as an ambassador of the company, who lives by the values and shows passion for the brand. </li> </ul>
