We are looking for a Hospitality Assistant who thrives in a discreet, refined environment and enjoys creating a warm and welcoming experience for employees, visitors, and guests. 
The primary focus of the role is to provide operational support and independently maintain the quality and appearance of the workplace. The Hospitality Assistant will also be trained in the key reception tasks, enabling them to provide flexible support during peak periods. 
What your role will look like: 
· 
 Supporting the coordination of training sessions and meetings 
· 
 Preparing meeting and training rooms 
· 
 Managing catering arrangements and monitoring stock levels 
· 
 Conducting hospitality and facility checks throughout the building 
· 
 Providing operational support for events, training sessions, and other hospitality-related activities 
Working hours: 
Fixed PM schedule: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)

Professional bachelor

Associate Degree (HBO5)

We are looking for someone who:
