Functieomschrijving

Are you a driven team player with a passion for agriculture and technology? As operator potato inbound you are at the base of our production, with challenging tasks in quality, technique and logistics. Will you become our new colleague?

What will you be doing at Agristo?
  • You will be responsible for the entry control of the quality of the delivered potatoes and for the corresponding administration & registration.
  • You supervise the proper operation of the installation and signal deviations if necessary.
  • You are responsible for cleaning the line and checking various parameters. You can solve first-line disturbances in a professional way, for more complex technical issues you can count on our production technicians.
  • Then you take care of a perfect treatment, namely washing, sorting and stocking of the potatoes.
  • You are also responsible for loading all by-products.

Vereisten

  • You are socially fluent and keen on quality, safety, order & cleanliness, discipline and punctuality.
  • You are willing to work 2 shifts.
  • You are fluent in a number of current software programs.
  • You are able to drive a forklift truck and terminal truck or are willing to learn to do so.
  • The variety and physical aspect of the job appeals to you.
  • You speak and write Dutch or English fluently.

Must-have

  • Professionele bachelor
  • Bachelor Secundair onderwijs Graduaat (hoger beroepsonderwijs)

Nice-to-have

  • 2 jaar relevante ervaring,
  • De productiegegevens selecteren en de parameters instellen (hoeveelheid, dosering, mengeling, ...)
    De opslag van grondstoffen organiseren (indeling van de silo's, ...)
    De informatie doorgeven aan de betrokkenen
    Manueel handelingen voor de voorbereiding of afwerking uitvoeren: Garneren
    Stalen nemen van stoffen of producten, een referentie geven en voor analyse registreren
    Productiegegevens van installaties opvolgen, analyseren en bijsturen
    Onderdelen, machine-uitrustingen, … monteren of demonteren
    Gegevens voor productieopvolging registreren
    De toevoer van machines of installaties en de doorstroming van grondstoffen of producten controleren
    De staat en de netheid van de toestellen (weegschaal, maalmachine, kookkuip, ovens, ...) en van de werkpost controleren en on...
    Toezicht houden op het functioneren van de machines en toestellen en indien nodig eenvoudige interventies uitvoeren
    Manueel handelingen voor de voorbereiding of afwerking uitvoeren: Mengen
    De instellingen van de machines (kleppen, vijzels, ...), controleautomaten of meetapparaten aanpassen
    Toezicht houden op de parameters van een productielijn vanuit een controlekamer en indien nodig aanpassen
