You translate business needs into high-quality data solutions. You bring structure: definitions, models, principles, and dashboards that are correct, performant, and easy to adopt.
What you’ll do
- Analyse business needs and translate them into data models and KPI definitions
- Contribute end-to-end to BI initiatives:
- data platform design/implementation, ETL, dashboard development & maintenance
- Help establish and apply BI standards (governance, definitions, “single source of truth”)
- Engage with stakeholders: advise, align, challenge assumptions, and guide decisions
- Stay on top of BI/DataViz evolutions and share knowledge within the team
You are someone who…
- Takes ownership and enjoys solving problems end-to-end (that is why we are also looking for freelance colleagues)
- Communicates clearly with both business and technical stakeholders
- Works well in a team, while also being able to deliver independently
- Cares about quality: correctness, performance, maintainability, and clarity
Skills we’re looking for
Must-have
- Experience with data platform and data modelling
- Solid understanding of data architecture
- Strong affinity with BI & data visualisation (dashboards that drive action)
Nice-to-have
- Any experience with visualization tools such as Power BI
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or Looker
Languages
- Fluent in Dutch or French, with a strong knowledge of English
