Responsible for managing and optimizing the scheduling of personnel based on
predetermined criteria. This includes monitoring daily anomalies, handling and scheduling
leave requests, and ensuring compliance with legal and compensation leave balances.

Job Responsibilities
• Establishes service schedules for different partial groups based on a set of
predetermined criteria.
• Monitors daily anomalies (late arrivals, illness, accidents, timekeeping, etc.).
• Checks daily flight schedules and adjusts employee planning accordingly.
• Schedules employee shifts for a 28-day period and ensures timely distribution of
these schedules to employees.
• Plans staffing levels based on flight schedules and the required tonnage.
• Handles and schedules leave requests, ensuring compliance with legal and
compensation leave balances.
• Maintains contact with temporary agencies for scheduling data exchange.
• Collaborates on projects related to workforce planning (re-evaluating staffing levels
based on changes in the client portfolio and client expectations).
• Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and apply internal environmental
policies and procedures as part of daily responsibilities

Vereisten

• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Capable of working independently, with creativity and strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset and action.
• Stress-resistant, flexible, with a client-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Language skills: French and Dutch, basic knowledge of English.
