.The Production/Finishing Department has an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Process Engineer.Purpose of the RoleYou will develop and implement manufacturing methods to ensure production is carried out in the safest, highest-quality, and most cost-effective manner.Working from within the production environment, you will collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering &amp; Maintenance, Supply Chain, Business teams, and other stakeholders to improve safety, quality, delivery performance, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities<ul> <li>Investigate and resolve issues arising during the manufacturing process.</li> <li>Drive operational excellence initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities, reducing losses, optimizing processes, and improving equipment reliability.</li> <li>Identify and analyze process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency, and lead improvement projects across production and supporting departments.</li> <li>Facilitate and support change management activities.</li> <li>Ensure that improvements are properly documented, standardized, and embedded within operational processes.</li> </ul>Profile / Qualifications<ul> <li>Master's degree or an experienced Professional Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Sciences, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical field.</li> <li>Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.</li> <li>Experience with process analysis, data analysis, and performance management.</li> <li>Knowledge of Power BI, OT/IT systems, Six Sigma, or similar analytical tools is considered an asset.</li> <li>Fluent in Dutch and English.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li> <li>Hands-on mentality with the ability to translate ideas into practical improvements.</li> <li>Effective communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.</li> </ul>
