Functieomschrijving


As an assembler/welder you are responsible for the installation of custom metal constructions (support and safety structures, staircases, platforms, production lines, etc.)

- You set up these constructions in team based on a plan and guidance of the foreman and project leader
- You think along proactively with the foreman and the project successor / manager to bring the project to a successful conclusion

Vereisten


- You have a technical degree (or equivalent through experience)
- You have a passion for technique & constructions
- You are strong in organization
- Preferably you can weld correctly
- You have a sense of finishing, order and cleanliness
- You are punctual and pay attention to safety and the environment

  • Middelbare school (A2)
  • Secundair onderwijs

Nice-to-have

  • Een bewerking uitvoeren: Boren
    Werken met materialen: Ferrometalen (gietijzer, staal, ...)
    Draagstructuren monteren (steiger, schoren, platform, ...)
    Werkstukken voorbereiden of in elkaar zetten: Zware draagconstructies
    Verspanende bewerkingen uitvoeren: Schuren
    Laswerken uitvoeren volgens een proces: Met beklede elektrode (MMA)
    Verspanende bewerkingen uitvoeren: Vijlen
    De structuurelementen assembleren en bevestigen volgens de montageplannen en -richtlijnen
    Scheidende en vervormende bewerkingen uitvoeren: Snijbranden
    De maten en afmetingen noteren op de materialen en de nodige aftekeningen uitvoeren
    Een bewerking uitvoeren: Slijpen
    Rijbewijs B
    Ter plaatse de opstelling, plaatsing en definitieve montage van een structuur uitvoeren (gebinte, grondplaat, ...)
    Structuurelementen, las- en assemblagepunten, ... plaatsen en markeren
    Werken met materialen: Inox
    Laswerken uitvoeren volgens een proces: Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG)
