Marketing Specialist

Location: Aartselaar, Antwerp, Belgium

About Harmony Auto Belgium

Harmony Auto Belgium is an authorised DENZA dealer in Belgium and part of China Harmony Auto Holding Limited, a Hong Kong-listed automotive retail group with extensive experience in premium automotive retail, aftersales services and new energy vehicle business development.

As we continue to expand the DENZA brand in Belgium, we are looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help build a premium customer experience from the ground up.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Development

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Create and coordinate marketing content, including photos, videos, newsletters and promotional materials.
  • Support the organisation of showroom events, product launches, customer events and test drive activities.
  • Coordinate marketing materials with DENZA headquarters and external suppliers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports.

Communication

  • Support communication between the Belgian team and headquarters.
  • Assist with translation and localisation of marketing materials when required.
  • Coordinate with media, agencies and business partners.

Administration & Operations Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Management team.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials.
  • Maintain marketing documents, customer databases and promotional materials.
  • Assist with customer enquiries and internal coordination.
  • Support other business operations when required in a fast-growing start-up environment.

Vereisten

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Events, Communications or a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.
  • French is considered a plus.
  • Proactive, creative and willing to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
