Job description
As Purchasing & Logistics Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping our purchasing and logistics operations running smoothly. You will ensure that the materials and components our teams need are ordered on time, that deliveries are properly received and processed, and that outgoing shipments are prepared accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities cover the entire operational flow, from placing purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers to checking incoming invoices and preparing shipments for customers and partners. When products are unavailable or delivery dates change, you take the initiative to find suitable alternatives and keep things moving.
In addition to the above, you will also contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of our office by taking care of a range of general and very practical facility and office management tasks.
This is a hands-on role combining practical warehouse and logistics activities with administrative & office-related responsibilities. We are therefore looking for someone who works proactively, takes ownership of their responsibilities and naturally spots what needs to be done. You enjoy bringing structure to day-to-day operations, solving practical problems and making sure things get done without having to be asked twice.
